I am an over-the-road trucker and my wife rides with. She uses this place for her doctor. Dr. Luke Herdina. My wife has been taking steroid packets for years for her back as needed. That doctor insist that she comes in personally to see him to get any prescriptions refilled every time! We rarely ever go to Minnesota because loads don't pay that well going that way so we have to make a special trip for her to see the doctor in Minnesota each time. Which is fine but she just saw him a week ago when we were there on our special trip back for that and now they won't call in a prescription until she goes in and sees him again! This is a bunch of bull and it's all about the money for the office visit! And the last thing she wants to do is go back in there and see him just so he can roll his eyes at her again when she asks about other things pertaining to medical issues she may have! Where are all the doctors that actually really care about their patients? Tell me who? Would really like to know! And no it's not for blood work or anything like that because she just did that a week ago! We keep having this issue with this doctor for her for a long time now and he knows it!!

We see Dr. Alibouni and he is the best! Great balance between holistic and modern medicine. He educates, gives his advice and opinion, I feel like he gives his patients options and listens well. He never seems in a hurry and is super accomodataing. Great doctor!

I am very disappointed with Centra care in big like. When my MD retired, the new MD treated me like I was wasting her time. I know my body and know when I need to be seen. I was told that I was not going to get anything and it was a virus. I told her that I was sorry for wasting her time, left the clinic Had she been able to listen, I would have more then likely not required advance care after I left that clinic . I am a nurse and NEVER treat my patients in that manner. PLEASE be you own advocate . If something does not seem right, do not except no for an answer!

Great clinic:) Very welcoming, gave my toddler twins color sheets in the lobby & even asked to call them by there nicknames!! def reccomend our family dr to anyone he is great with children and very Thorough Dr. Nabeel Ailabouni

I am so happy CentraCare is in town. Dr. Ailabouni is amazing! He doesn't force things on you. Instead he educates you on what's going on, why, the options, and his recommendation. I can't recommend him enough! AWESOME DOCTOR!
