12.9%APR is to high. I'm with Lloyd bank and they offer 7.9%. CHECK WITH YOUR BANK FIRST AND IF THEY OFFER A MORE AFFORDABLE APR ON THE FINANCE MAKE AN APPLICATION WITH YOUR BANK FIRST BEFORE YOU GO SEE THE CAR. Never the less I did buy a car in 2020. The finance department always tries to trick you in paying more. They will also try sell you extra insurance on your vehicle for example theft insurance. The finance department also takes a very long time and they go back and forth to try give you \the best deal\. Will I buy again? No! It was not a negative experience for me but I knew what I was buying and test drove it straight away but it still took over 5 hours for me to leave with the car. (because of the finance department) Note the person showing you the car will walk away to the finance department to talk to them about your finance options which I don't find right as I would like to speak to the finance department myself as it is my car finance!! One more reason I will not buy again is my vehicle service and other documents were at the near by Big motoring world and they told me either I can pick them up or we can ship them to your home I said ship them home as I already spent to much time there. NEVER RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS.

So many cars! But way too limited on what you can see. If you don't book your cars to view before getting there you may be too late and you can't walk around the cars to see what else may take your fancy! More like a cattle market than car sales. Don't mention the added sales push too. Standard warranty for 3 months, 500 claim limit but still a 100 excess to pay first... Or... Insurance for GAP and a warranty for 3 years are 3000! You're being done over! See my photos However it could be a great place if you know what you want and not easily parted with your money!

Absolutely massive range if cars to choose from. Couldn't find what I wanted cheaper any where else. I was after a fairly niche model and they had at least 5 different cars on offer. From booking a test drive to purchase qas 3 days, although I could've driven out same day. Fair part-ex valuation, although I didn't use it, for other reasons. All staff helpful, didn't try to \pull the wool over\ as others may. Second car purchased from BigMWorld and would happily go back again for the next one. Thanks very much.
Car Advertised for 59,900. Deposit paid. On collection the price had risen to 65100 a whopping 5200 Extra! These people are PIRATES. There should be laws to prevent this. As they don't send any order or invoices before collection they feel embodied to behave this way.Their explanation was there had been a glitch. price on website still 59,900 as of typing. Be warned, get paperwork in advance so you don't fall down as I did.
