This is a great place to stay! I moved here 9 months ago when my job temporarily relocated me to Joplin. In all that time, I have never had an issue worth getting in a fuss over. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store within walking distance and a Dollar General about 1/4 mile away. Joplin is about a 10 minute drive. I've never had a single issue with rowdy or obnoxious neighbors and the place is very quiet. Of course, you have the interstate traffic noise, but at least no parties or loud music, etc. There are restroom and shower facilities on site (which I've never actually used), propane refilling station, and a laundry facility that is nearly complete. The free WIFI is nice, but it can be a bit temperamental at times. Overall, I would certainly recommend this park to anyone needing an overnight stop, or long-term place to stay!

Not a bad RV park but has issues. To start off with the bathroom needs attention. The water is warm and very little pressure. There is a towel rack made but no nails on the board for a towel. If you park on the back next to the pond you will find if it rains water on the concret pads. Trash needs to be picked up in the back area.

I lived there full time for 4 years while I went back to college, with my Doberman, two teenage sons, and their mother. Great walking path around a 10-acre pond and down to the creek. Only had to pull RV out once during flooding season. My boys played paintball in the woods all the time. We lived in #26 at the far back left corner.

One of the absolute best RV park around .. Very laid back, clean place ..has a lake to fish loaded with bass , catfish , crappie...on the edge of town , but yet close enough for you to get what you need in town ..also there is a 24 hour convenient store and dollar General within walking distance...the people who run the place are super sweet ..owner is great guy .. Good place , good people ...i definitely recommend it...you will feel at home
