Best bus service in Great Falls
I have to say, I'm pretty unimpressed with this company. The bus driver is either 45 minutes to and hour late, or showing up 20 minutes early. The third day of school they let my 5 year old off at the wrong stop right next to a busy one way! They have their back packs labeled so this exact thing didn't happen. When my son didn't get off the bus at his sto, the driver just shrugged her shoulders and said, oh he must have gotten off already. I couldn't believe they didn't care at all. Thankfully my son was able to find his way instead of getting lost. The driver that picks my son up, also flies down the street, and then stops on the brakes once they've reached the stop sign, which looks like it gives everybody whiplash... It scares me that they stop so quickly and end up in the middle of the street past the stop sign. I feel like it's going to cause an accident with the traffic that does not have the stop sign. Overall, this has 100% not been a good experience in any way and I'm looking into a safe option for child to get hack and forth from school. This company just seems so irresponsible.
My son rode the bus when he was little. I refuse for either of my kids to step on one of their buses. Not only was his driver mean to him but he was left at the bus stop THREE times. THREE. No bus came down our road, the driver by passed our road, skipping 2 bus stops and left our neighborhood. There’s no panic like hearing your kid isn’t at school and you don’t know why. So my 1st grader was left outside in the cold waiting for a bus that skipped him. And now today, it’s 12 degrees outside and my coworker is dealing with the SAME SITUATION.

Barbie and Chuck are very rude and I will never work for this company again and I do not recommend you working for them.
My daughter rides one of there busses and since when was it against the rules to talk to the person next to you in the same row? They get told if they keep it up they have to move to the front of the bus where the driver can really keep an eye on them. This is bus #48 and I will be getting ahold of them and tell them my daughter will talk to anyone next to her on that bus. No diver is going to tell them who they can and cant talk to.
They'll get your child where they need to go. But they have horrible communication of the bus times. Additionally they didn't make ANY effort to contact parents when there was a fender bender with the bus my little brother rides. Only reason we found out about this was through the absence in power school and through a neighbor. Then my brother told me everything when he got back. You'd think you would let people know about this, I'm sure they'd love to know these things. Get your act together.
