I never actually have been to this dealership. I purchased a few items on their website and you cant beat the customer service, fast shipping and prices with free shipping with purchases over 150 dollars. I cannot emphasize enough how great it is to have a connection like this place for Harley Davidson parts , accessories and apparel. Many Thanks and I will be back again and again..

Purchased almost 400 worth of items from them for the first time ever shopping with them online - so already skeptical. Ordered March 13th. Wasn't told online that my items weren't IN STOCK or anything. Only disclaimer on site says orders may take an extra 2 to 3 days due to covid (whatever that means - the world is all back to work now)....but ok 2 to 3 days on top of maybe 5 to max 7 days ground snail shipping still only equals 10 days maximum for me to RECEIVE my order. Not so. March 24th and it still hasn't even been shipped. So this place has my 400 and I have NOTHING. I have tried online chat (still waiting for reply), I of course tried calling the number on their google search and webpages and it won't complete a call, says the number isn't working (yeah, not too promising here), and lastly tried the dealer side of the site which has a \live chat option\ that says they will text you back. Still waiting on that text too. At this point, I would just like my money back. I will gladly pay more to actually RECEIVE communication and not have to wait 2 weeks or more to receive what I purchase. Very poor lack of communication. I don't know how others are saying FAST shipping. I have seen many other complain of slow shipping too, so I don't understand why some are getting theirs and some aren't.

Great customer service, they were prompt and easy to work with. Have an excellent selection of genuine Harley Parts at a significant lower price then MSRP rates on the Harley-Davidson website. Fast shipping and free, will buy continue to buy from in the future for parts or apparel, highly recommend.

Thus far my experience has been absolutely wonderful. I have found the parts that I wanted in stock, cheaper prices than some other places I looked, and the shipping.....The shipping of my items has been excellent! I order something and the very next day it has already shipped and arrives to me much quicker than I ever expected!!

“had my 25000 mile check up, oil change and replaced front and back tires. Michael Timm did an outstanding job on my bike runs like a top. Krystal Moen check my bike in and was very attended to my needs. Travis Berger did an outstanding job on obtaining tires at a fair price for mt. The only thing I was over happy about was paying the bill. Little steep on cost but a job well done by all. I sure couldn't afford that kind of money every year to have my bike up and running. Now if we will just get some great weather to ride I'll be even happier. Thanks Harley”
