3, 2021 April I have coming to this place when they first opened. That’s when they were good! They have raised their price and now charge based on 6.29 per pound based on what’s on your plate. Equates to roughly 14-16 per meal. I did not feel COVID safe. No one from management was monitoring g the dining area. People were sitting behind you when seated in a booth. No social distancing enforced while standing in line to select your food. The food quality has definitely gone way down. The cuts of meat after cooking were stringy and fatty. My wife and I will not return!

The food is good but expensive for take out. It’s not the best Mongolian grill I have eaten but still good. If you have not been to a Mongolian grill you get a bowl, put all the meat, veggies and sauces you want into the bowl. Then you top it off with noodles. Then they cook it on a flat top. Due to COVID they remodeled the dinning area so you now talk to an employee behind glass via a microphone and you tell them what to put in your bowl. They charge by the cooked pound now. There is no inside dining and there are 3-4 dirty outside tables if you want to sit and eat. I recommend getting the food to go and if you want to eat there, drive next door to Sonic and get drinks for a lot less and eat in your car.
Amazing food, and they've adapted incredibly well for covid restrictions. What was once a bustling all you can eat buffet, has now turned into a take out/dine in dinner. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the exuberant amount of money you'll be paying for a meal here. Other than that, excellent food
One of the absolute best Mongolian restaurants ever. If you haven't had Mongolian food before, I highly recommend it, and this is the place.
I found this location with Google. After hiking the nearby mountain, I was craving a freshly cooked meal. Their Google rating persuaded me to give them a try. This restaurant, due to covid, has limited outdoor seating. You can order online for takeout. I chose chicken as my protein with jalepenos, mushrooms, carrots, peas, green onions, sesame seed oil, minced garlic and cumin. It was delicious and fresh. You will love Big Wok Mongolian Grill.
Great. I love how you can get as much as you want and you pay by weight. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. All around amazing experience.
It's what you expect from a Mongolian grill. Food is good. Servings are big.
