My 82 year old Mum booked car in for MOT and they ended up doing a service but initially no MOT. When corrected they then did MOT and were rude and aggressive towards her when she went to pay practically throwing the keys at her. She is now very upset and 190 worse off. I am absolutely fuming and advise avoiding this place if you want a polite caring service and do not want ripping off for work not required, the car had a check and oil change 200 miles ago! It may have been a genuine error but she should not have had to pay the full amount and spend the evening unable to settle as she is so upset. Shame on you Biggleswade MOT Centre!

Avoid at all costs I had the misfortune of using this garage today, when I was called back by the receptionist she was rude condescending and aggressive, I asked her why she was being rude and her immediate reply was 'dont call me rude this calls being recorded' when I've gone to pick my car up I've asked to speak to a manager and they have refused, I've asked to be played a copy of the recorded phone call and they have refused, when I insisted they claimed not all calls are recorded. So not only are they rude, incompetent and aggressive but also liars. I will never use them again!
