After seeing again how this company deals with serious complaints, i feel obligated to review again, after witnessing a horrific failure from them. I say to you Multi-ACTIVE instead of focusing on creating fake profiles to give yourself a 5* rating on google and tricking potential parents into letting you care for their child, you should go back and deal with the 1* ratings that customers have left, make amends with them, learn from the numerous mistakes you made, and provide better quality service for any future bookings.

My child attended Multi Active during the half term & had a fantastic time, so many different activities catering for everyone, favourites being dancing games, Pirate day, Science academy, NERF, bouncy castle slide, Karts, many more! Staff are brilliant, friendly & proffessional. Highly recommended.
Amazing company, my daughter and niece attended Easter and have begged to go back each holiday. They have great fun, doing the different activities which are easily displayed on the website. There favourite is the science academy. Would definitely recommend!
Great variety of activities for my two children. The staff are friendly and helpful. The theme days are a great idea, my two love the science experiments. Very affordable childcare and local childcare, lots of venues and flexible hours cater for all.

Absolutely amazing affordable childcare for my son. He loves to come along to holiday clubs, this has made him form some amazing bonds with staff and children. Definitely 5 stars!
Great themed days with a variety of activities for children of all interests. Staff are friendly, compassionate and love to hear feedback in order to be the best they can be. All are welcomed and it's an all round fun experience for all involved. Would highly recommend!
Staff were very friendly and helpful and my children loved the swimming at Rickmansworth William Penn Leisure Centre
