Well in the past few years this airport has been changed immensely.. Good infrastructure and all basic facilities are available.. Ofcourse we cant compare the airport with other airports but to be honest in recent days the airport will become not less than other airports.... It has 2 terminals.. TERMINAL 1 & TERMINAL 2.. Terminal 2 is the oldest terminal and terminal 1 is the new one.. I will share some of the interiors of the airport and will soon upload the external part of the airport.. Do visit and fly from BBI AIRPORT.. Peace..

The airport is the hope for all Odisha people. Being a small airport it’s maintained so properly. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Now a days you can get flights to most of the parts of India. Only two international destinations. If there were few more international destinations like Dubai, London then it will be quite helpful for Odia travellers.

Covid safety protocols are followed diligently. The premises and surroundings however have a dry look and needs a green uplift urgently.

This place is crowded most of the time with 6 gates in close vicinity. Seating arrangements are adequate with more requirement. Check-in and security arrangements are good enough to avoid loss of time. Sanitizing is done on all the bags. There are only two to three food outlets in the entire Airport. Frequent announcements are made regarding allotment of boarding gates and passenger data.

One of major airport present in Odisha. Flights to most of domestic cities and domestic carrier present. Adequate facilities present. Food choice can be improved. Not much traffic or footfall seen.

Smaller airport but a neat and clean one. In the evening when the traffic is high, you won't get a seat in the waiting area. If you have arrived quite early better sit in the area before security check-in. For food you don't have much choices in the airport premise. Whatever is available is also not worth eating.
