It's a decent place for bike rentiy. 1) No deposit required. 2) Providing an app to rent bikes, and it's quite good and helpful. 3) Rent fare is also reasonable.

Although I got the bike very quickly. But it happened to me very costly. The person who gave me the bike was having 5 punctures, which cost me Rupees 480 as it was a tubeless Tyre. Also instead of listening my concern, he started arguing that I am making false comments. This was very unprofessional. I would suggest to people not to hire bike from them as it is expensive and they also not provide the deposit quickly. You have to call again and again asking for your own deposit.

STRONGLY RECOMMANDED NO ! Don't trust them. Better take ola , Uber . not deserve for 1 star rating , they given me very dirty scooter , kick is not working , auto start button is not working , lot of scratches, Non of vichele documents provided. & Most Horrible they do not pick up your calls if u need their help for any case.

Try to avoid renting from Boong, bikes are not in good condition and sometimes they don't have all documents with them. If something happens to vehicle while u r using then you have to incur all the expenses, they don't refund any amount and cost is also little higher compared to condition of the vehicles, It will cost around 600 for a vehicle like Activa in weekends and 500 in week days.

Please don't take bikes from here. Half of the bikes don't have insurance/RC and you might get in trouble if you get into an accident or anything, or even a policeman does a random check on you. Take it on your own risk. The quality of bikes is also such that you can take it to the streets but don't go for long drives or highways.

Service is good. But they will open store between 10.00 to 10.30 AM even though if you book bike at 8.00 AM.

As per my experience with Boongg, I won’t even give 1 star. Worst servicing in fact my bike condition is no better they just fixed the kick of my bike and on the other after there servicing, smoke started coming from my bike’s engine when I told there mechanic to check then he said that they didn’t do anything to my bike’s engine. The mechanic or staff was very impolite and very argumentative. Instead of understanding the problem they took the whole servicing amount and started abusing. I won’t recommend to anyone Boongg Bike because the worker and staff is only too bad and service is ridiculous and pathetic.
