If you are serious about Hot Yoga and committed to your practice, Bikram Yoga Delta, is the studio you need to join. The studio is keeping original, Bikram yoga philosophy. Yes, it is hot, it's supposed to be hot and -40% humidity. Drink LOTS of water throughout the day but wouldn't recommend attending a class soon after eating a meal. Come ready to get an intense workout and leave feeling amazing!

Great place for mind and body strengthening. This studio provides ample amount of space leaving individuals with enough personal space to practice yoga. From my experience this form of yoga has left my body feeling healthier and stronger. Great way to sweat out all the dirty toxins in our body.

Very lovely place, the staff and owners are so friendly with everyone. The instructors are so helpful. I have seen great changes in my health since joining which is exactly what I was looking for. Anyone wanting to get into yoga I highly recommend this place.

BEST STUDIO EVER, THX! It's a shame the SJW's have spread lies about things that have been proven to be just the opposite! They should have done their research first. Oh well, class will be safer without them!

Just started this class and I’ve been going everyday for about 10-11 days. It has been a self discovery of inner peace and ease through the breath work as well as the poses. This is yoga at its finest because it challenges you just like life does. Take a risk and choose yoga and life will choose you.
