A great shop ! The owners are really nice and have a great commercial sense. I bought my bike there, they made the whole process super easy for me and were there to answer all of my questions. When the bike first arrived, there was a small problem with it, but they were super reactive, so I was able to directly send the bike back and get a fully working version the next week. The bike Gekko is great, it is very light, strong material and the assistance is good ! I recommend for sure !

I purchase a biboo bike in August 2017, so far no problems at all with my bike, use it to go to work and back home every single day, I charge it every two days with a total of 45 kilometers between charges. During this 18 months I asked them some questions and their customer suport was extremely fast. (light problem and some maintenance issues) I recommend this company
I bought the electric Biboo Gekko bike in white. Before I made the purchase I contacted Biboo with several questions and they could not have been more helpful - they replied promptly, honestly and offered me the opportunity to have the bike on trial for 5 days. The bike arrived in less than 48 hours and was easy to assemble. It is without doubt the nicest looking electric bike around; the only evidence that it is electric is that when the motor (in the rear hub of the bike) is activated you can see a small led light shining through. The technology is impressive and controlled solely from the Bitride app on your mobile, which you can also use to deactivate* the bike and track* it for security purposes (*I havent actually tried this though). You choose the level of assistance and it has a map to track where youve been and your current position, it also gives a reading of the battery charge. The bike rides really well; to start it you ride for a few seconds then pedal backwards - then when you pedal normally you can feel the motor kick in. On the flat, or going downhill you can pedal backwards to recharge the battery - which is really useful as you dont have to worry about it running out of charge. It gives a really good boost on the flat and going up hills (up to /- 15%). I could not be more impressed with their approach to new customers, the quality of the product and their customer services.

La compra fue muy fácil y con una atención impecable y muy amable por parte de María. El envío rapidísimo, la recibí al siguiente día de la compra, perfectamente empacada para evitar daños. La bici de excelente calidad, ideal para pasear, transportarse y ejercitarse, en mi caso compré la "Gekko Vintage". Empresa y productos 100% recomendables.
Después de un proceso de compra superasistido y atendido con mucha frescura llegó la bicicleta. La monté sin problemas. Al probarla vi que tenía un fallo, llamé por teléfono y al día siguiente vino una persona a llevársela y traerla arreglada al próximo. MUY CONTENTO CON EL SERVICIO

Merece la pena conocerlos bien por internet o físicamente, un trato exquisito, atentos y complacientes. Yo me llevé un producto outlet muy bien de precio y adaptado a mis necesidades. Lo recomiendo 100%. La fabricación de las bicis eléctricas impecables con un diseño extraordinario y unos precios muy de mercado.
