They helped me with organising my bike box and calling a taxi so I could easily go to the airport. It's a great shop, with friendly staff. I would recommend to go there if you need anything related to bikes.

Fantastic. This bike shop has top of the line bicycles and gear, but the service was great. Andoni went above and beyond to help me find a bike to rent, route to ride, and all the extra gear I’d need to have a successful time in Bilbao. I highly recommend this shop!

Fantastic shop and mechanic!! Friendly, very competent and thorough. Good prices and the shop has all you might need. The mechanic repairs your bike quickly and runs smoothly as never before! Olympic champions bring their bikes to him, so don't hesitate..!!
This guy is the coolest! Gave me a bike box, undid my pedals for me and refused any cash. he he had some very nice looking bikes there as well!
