When I arrived at Bilbao I was looking for a place to fix a broken spoke. I was in other places (other towns) before but everywhere I needed to leave the bike in the shop or they did not have the parts. For a bike tourer that means finding a place to stay, getting your luggage there and bringing the bike into the shop. At Ciclos Zubero they had a look at it and took the bike into the workshop at once. It did not take long and while waiting I had a look at their other stuff. The repair was done professionally snd gor a good price. Sadly the shop jerseys where sold out in my size. I would have bought one to show off at home. Keep up the good work. One happy customer
Really helped me out when my bike arrived off a flight with a broken rear derailleur hanger. Took care of it so I could start my bike packing trip. At the end they packed my bike so I didn't have any problems for the return flight. Friendly, efficient and professional service. Really impressed.
