Great customer service! I was helped by Eva Sebastian who did an excellent job getting us a car over the holiday weekend. We had an issue with the parking garage by our apartment. Eva did a fantastic job helping us resolve the issue. She was quick to help out and find a solution that allowed us to enjoy our holiday weekend. Despite how busy she was both days we saw her, she took the time to help us with professionalism and a smile. Many thanks!

No indication of where to park for car returns. Don’t answer the phone. No email contact. No attempt to open the sliding door so I can explain where the car Is parked - good luck finding it! Awful experience.
We have rented a car for three days. 47 plus around 40 for petrol, was a great deal to explore Bilbao and surroundings. Smooth and very pleasant customer service.
Strongly recommend you do NOT use this company. Incompetent. Clerks only interest in explaining why issues are not their fault. Made reservations to pick up a car at 9PM in the Bilbao train station. When we got there at 9 they were there but said they were closed. Told us to go to the Airport location. When we got to. The airport office they said they did not have the car we reserved but they could upgrade us for 25.00 euros more a day. If that was unacceptable we could pick up the car train station. In the morning, first thing. So, we came back at 8AM next day and of course three was NOT a car. Some how they had rented it overnight (while they were closed). DO NOT USE.
Easy rental process, great car. the desk is inside and upstairs of the Bilbao train station. Easy to get to the highway out of town. They could offer a map to get back to the rental lot though. I knew the area but it took us a few loops to figure it out.
