We just bought a house with a pool. I have never owned a pool before and I didn't know the first thing about it. I took in a sample of our water as directed to Wertz Pools and the woman at the counter took about an hour to explain everything to me with detailed directions with what to do to get started. I am extremely satisfied and thankful for their help.
