I am disappointed to have to write a negative review for the riding school, however their customer service is very much lacking. Having booked a session for my two daughters, I arrived 10mins early, but unfortunately due to poor signage, couldn't actually find the entrance to the stables- despite calling the phone number on the website numerous times for directions, there was no response. after about 20mins of driving around, I eventually spoke to someone who directed me. When we eventually arrived, the lesson was about 15mins and we were told we couldn't join- much to the dismay of my daughters- the teacher advised I should email to sort out an alternative session. I emailed, and no response, after about a week, I called and they were not very helpful or sympathetic, also not willing to reach a compromise. I was promised a call back and waited a week and nothing, so I called again, similarly no sympathy or willingness to compromise, again promised a call back, and one never came- so unfortunately this has been a very negative experience with the riding school.

Do not come here judges extremely bias ( Jeff banks ) and very rude. 2nd time bad experience and will not be coming back.
