Standard Holland and Barrett offering offing their normal range of health foods etc Staff are very helpful and polite and happy to give advice when asked. Nothing to much trouble Some good offers available when I visited the store worth keeping a look out for Parking in the high street is limited, even on a Sunday but there is a public car park not too far away just off of the High Street

This was the first time I came to this store today and I will never return again. I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the till in H&B uniform. - This was fine and as expected since I use to work for H&B 10years ago. A young lady in a black turtle neck top who worked there walked passed me 3 times without asking me whether I needed help. So I thought “ok well maybe she’s still in training”. Another gentleman worked there with a green jumper on he practically asked everyone around me whether they needed help, but me. I clearly have several items in my basked which indicates that I will be making a purchase, I was looking at the teas H&B had on offer and was trying to find one that could possibly be best for me. After standing there for almost 10 minutes, I decided to google my questions. It wasn’t until I got to the till, still comparing two teas I picked up when green jumper gent decided to ask me whether I needed help. So I just responded with “ I’m fine now, thanks”. I’m at the till being severed by H&B staff who is probably the only reason why this comment even got a star. As I remembered at the till I required “sea salt” just for the black turtle neck girl to say LOUDLY “ WE DONT SELL THAT IN THIS STORE”. H&B don’t sell sea salt? Ok. My experience was very poor and I wish I just went with my first instinct with going to H&B in Westfields White City near home instead H&B near work. I was very disappointed and actually thought “ yea H&B today”.... Definitely not in Billericay.
