Ordered a takeaway this evening, delivery took over 2 hrs when initially advised an hour. Obviously food was cold on arrival and an item was missing. All very frustrating as food and service from here is usually excellent. When we called to get refund on missing item and to complain about the delivery time the member of staff clearly didn't care and just said you were told it would be over an hour. the refund was begrudgingly awarded after some discussion rather than being offered instantly. Has put us off using Pasha again.

We placed an order for delivery tonight , 2 of the orders come wrong, and 1 burger was raw. We contact them and they said they would deliver replacement, after 45 min they said they can't due to heavy snow even through the roads are clear and they clearly could not be bothered. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I wouldn't normally post like this, but we told the restaurant and they said go ahead, they clearly don't care
We just had a wonderful meal that was 5 stars . Easy to order delicious food and a real delight
Very busy, good atmosphere on the Saturday night we visited. You'd need to book a table. Enjoyed the food, would say it is a good likeness to food in Turkey when we have been. Maybe they could include a side or two on the plate as the price is a little high but maybe that's the location. A magician came to the table and he was amazing. Worth visiting the restaurant just for that! Also no parking there. There is a public car park just further in to the high street which is free. The reason I would mark it down a star is due to price and lack of veggie options on the menu. In fact the menu is rather limited all round.
