Julie garza the owner of Billing Experts has done my billing for my medical office for 16 years now and has been the biggest and best expert of billing that I’ve ever known in my 25 years of practice. She can handle large offices or small offices and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of billing from the details of the physicians work to the details of fighting the insurance companies to problems of office management and organization and whatever problems you face from Billing. She understands coding and how to make the insurance companies work for you not you work for the insurance company. As a small office myself I am not able to keep up with all of the Issues of billing Including patient issues etc. and she handles all of that for me. She is a one stop shop she takes care of everything and it’s something I don’t have to think about which is very very nice for a doctor to say. I’ve never had complaints from patients about dealing with her office and I certainly don’t have any complaints. So if you are A small one or to Dr or Provider Office or you’re a large group of many providers Julie is somebody who can handle the entire issue a billing and do it very well. Look no further.

I have been attempting to resolve an issue in billing of services in which I pre paid for going on 7 months now. My primary physicians office has informed me that Billing Experts are the only ones that can refund my money. I had been discussing this with the owner Julie Garza since July and despite my primary care physicians office sending her an email to authorize the refund she REFUSES TO RETURN MY CALLS and I have not received my money back and have been placed in collections for something that I pre paid in the office before my insurance company was even billed.
