We go here now and then mainly with my wife's parents and our daughter as they all love to skate and the facilities are good.
Beautiful
It is very big so even in busy periods there is plenty of room even if you can't skate there isn't normally too much congestion around the perimeter. There is lots of seating and you can also get penguins (for younger kids) or snowmen (for older kids & adults). There is also lots of diffrent vending machines in the area so you don't have to exit the side area- including hot drinks, cold drinks, savoury and sweet snacks.
The kids love to go ice skating. It's obviously a bit chilly lol. They could really do with opening a cafe in this area. There is one but as far as I've seen, it's never been open!
