If you want an honest repair at a fair price, call Bill's City Appliance. It turned out my refrigerator was messed up because of a small thermostat that had failed. Bill came out and assessed the repair, fixed it quickly, and charged me a fair price. You can't beat that. Best repairman in Kitsap.

Bill's has repaired our refrigerator in the past. Quickly and competently. So, I recently called and spoke with Jay about my gas oven. He explained that they don't repair gas appliance but then he went on to discuss my issue and possible reasons for it. He then took my model number and called me back about the availability of replacement parts. When he called back a short while later he told me exactly how to diagnose the problem and the relative cost of the replacement parts. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Bill's City Appliance Repair in the future.
