I had a great experience with Joel. I know how important it is to ensure your new motor is brought to you safely! I asked Joel to conduct the gold service he offers for piece of mind - when he called me to explain in detail the motorbike was in perfect working order i was delighted - he even said his dad saw a picture of the bike and wanted it himself. To show how helpful Joel was i had an issue with transferring money into the owners account on the day (time lag in payment transfer). At one point the owner was going to wheel the bike off the van, i was getting super stressed as i had already transfered a large amount of money across. Joel stepped in and said he would transfer the funds from his own account to ensure i could keep the bike on the van and crack on with getting the bike to me.... Legend. Thankfully the money suddenly popped up in the owners account. So would i use Joel services again - YES Would i recommend Joel to friends - YES Should you reading my review use him - YES!

I needed a bike collecting and delivering as wrong time of year for me to be riding and this guy sure delivered, I had a dedicated run and the van was fully equipped to handle my bike so of course it arrived safe and sound and more importantly in the same condition that it left, I was also informed at all stages of the delivery process...I would 100% recommend if you value your bike as much as I do...thanks again
Joel picked up a bike for me today from Lincoln and I’ll definitely be using his services again, from me first phoning him A few days ago Enquiring about collecting To actually collecting it today there was brilliant communication Throughout. As I was buying the bike blind Joel also gave the bike a once over Before loading it to make sure It was a honest bike . Would definitely recommend his company .
Highly recommended! When relocating recently, from Surrey to West Sussex, Joel transported my two sports bikes. He provided a great service, professional, efficient, very helpful and excellent value, what more could you want! Will definitely use again.
