Absolutely appaulled by the setvice of this taxi company .an old man who was extremely tired and completely drained was refused a pick up out side Superdrug on Monday because the woman on the phone wouldn't direct a taxi down the high street .the store even got a police officer to authorise it and there would be no tickets issued but she demanded the police officer attend the base first .the police office spoke to the woman at the taxi office and identified himself and that was not good enough.shame on you lady shame on You!!! A different taxi firm did exactly what she wouldn't and the old man got home safe and sound .I will not recommend you and I certainly won't be using you again .what you forget is that could of been you relative who needed a lift home and compassion shown
