Late-night food
Been having take-away food from here now for a few months and it hasn't let me down. Always fast delivery and red hot when it arrives. Food is really enjoyable and good quality with plenty of flavour. Price isn't too expensive either. I'd always overlooked this place as I was using another very nearby take-away but got fed up of their lacking quality and decided to give this place a try and I'm glad I did. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Edit: First bad experience! Normal they're reliable and fast but this evening I've waited well over an hour and I'm still waiting, as they've now closed they're either cutting the call off before we get an answer or simply taking the phone off the hook so I'm none the wiser. I don't know if it's going to be coming, on its way or if not, when? What a shame. Further edit: 1:40 later and still no food and no answer on the phone. Bed with no supper tonight then!

Used this chinese for a long time now and never any complaints !! Tonight my estimations of this take,away and their customer service is atrosush !! . Our takeaway took 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did, it did'nt match our usual expectations. I called to say could I have a credit as we only received a small chicken curry and we had ordered a large container and also we received a tub of bean sprouts with perhaps 1cm of beansprouts in the bottom of the container. The girl who I spoke to tried to say there was no large container, even though on their menu states large container. As I said we always use this takeaway and very disappointed that they just tried to fob us off. Our takeaway was 24 and it just about served 3 of us, the portions tonight were skinny. There was no chicken in the chicken chow mein. Are these takeaways just ripping people off, as they cannot do much about it when you have a delivery !!! So sad, where has customer service gone !!!!!
Only ad 2 meals from here best chinese ever will use this place all the time 10 star and good delivery service xx

Owner kept hanging up the phone when i was trying to speak as the order was wrong. She refused to send me the food that was missing. I dont appreciate the abuse and threats from the owner. Absolute disgrace!!! Not even an apology for getting the order wrong
