Called a week or so ago enquires about booking appointment in for my wife and daughter was helpful in some way. Then when wife phoned later she was rude. So wife went somewhere else. Shame really as they have been closed during lockdown and thee person my wife spoke to needs to get some people skills.

Lovely bunch of ladies but the service was awful. Hair colour came out at first wash. Bleach was left in my hair for too long and as a result, I was left with no other option but to have hair cut. Waste of trip and money! Would never recommend. Very disappointed, paid 95 for rubbish service. And the worse thing was, they were not ready to take the responsibility at all! Please don't go there...
