I called this place about a week ago to make an appointment before I had found out I had pink eye because I didn't know what was wrong. I just called again to make an appointment after the hospital had told me to not go to that appointment due to me having a very contagious pink eye. Because I did not call, because I could not see at all, I now cannot make any appointments and I am barred from becoming a patient at this place. How does that make any sense? How is that even allowed to be called protocol? The woman on the phone was like yep sorry she did not care that I needed to have an eye exam to make sure that I have not lost Vision in my eye. Nor clearly did she care that I couldn't see to be able to make a phone call. I do not recommend this place, as I was literally about to become a patient and now I am barred from being so. If I could give them a 0 * I would!

I was referred to Binghamton Eye Associates after sustaining an eye injury in another city that I was visiting. Dr. Laura Goldberg, who treated me, was excellent and I suspect my recovery would have been a lot longer without her help. The staff were also very helpful when later part of my treatment was incorrectly billed. I would highly recommend this practice.

The entire staff was efficient, professional, and incredibly sweet from the initial phone call to the visit itself. The secretary quickly got me in for a next-day emergency appointment and Dr. Beierle diagnosed my problem immediately. Overall, a fantastic experience.
