Terrible experience!! Why does UoM use them for equipment! Had I known it would take me 7 days to actually get the order through to Insurance and then for Binsons to not care how long it takes once approved I would have bought it from Amazon Prime! Not worth the stress I went through! PS I did get angry (very unusual) and they hung up on me! Great customer service!

My doctor faxed a prescription for cpap, they didn't get it. Tried again it's been 3 weeks, haven't heard a thing. I will call and see what's going on but if they didn't get it again I will try elsewhere. Thier reps dont seem to know much about equipment either. Can not seem to get a nasal mask that works for me. Also my husband had an awful time getting hi cpap, same thing I am going through, cat and mouse. Finally after several months and much aggravation he got it.
