The only choice Bintulu people have who cares for their pets. But unfortunately quite disappointed with my experience

Friendly, professional n nice doctor
No proper waiting area. The Chinese lady at counter got no customer service skill. They prefer us go away until they finished the procedure with our pet. They will scold you if you go back to their store before they call you. The vet Dr can't give good explanation when we ask for something. They will ask for high price.
