comfy, friendly & fast service, food was good. small issue though as my table was not stable due to not level footings. management can just add something underneath.

Request for whole chicken, they serve 2 breast which is just a little bit warm which is not acceptable, then only serve another 2 drumstick 30m later which is hot. Not much selection of muffin. Phone coverage inside reztoran is terrible. Credit card machine always down.

I got a KRR Card with RM 30 in it. I went KRR with family and had our meal worth RM 80 . Upon payment, the cashier reject our partial payment request using my KRR Card. She said I must make payment in full because my KRR Card balance not enough for payment. I check in the KRR Card Q&A, it should be acceptable. Kenny Rogers Bintulu, thank you for making Bintulu a place to be remembered!
