Nice. I know Tealive is Eco-Friendly shop. That why im buy 5 drinks and im bought my own plastic bag or tealive ecobag to bring it. Fyi, plastic is difficult to dispose. Together we save Earth ️️️

I love Tealive!!! Well considering that it is convenient to finally have a legit bubble tea galore in a shopping mall is a bonus. I've been here all the time . The staffs here were very friendly especially the cashiers . I admit that the place is quite small because it is located at The Spring's basement. If you come here during the weekend, expect the queue to be long and crowded. Yup, sometimes Tealive do run out of tapioca pearls (bubbles) especially during the weekends! There is a small waiting area with bench inside of the place. Refer to my photo below if you want to know the menu they have & also the prices (take note that the photo was taken during the Bang Bang menu was unavailable, therefore by the time you read my review, there might be slight changes). The payment method here is mostly cash but they also accept TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost etc. They do accept payment by debit/credit card. Overall, I highly recommend Tealive especially to the bubble tea maniacs!

I try to use my digi voucher, and then the cashier several times made mistakes redeeming it. Rm3.99 already billed into my digi account, but then the cashier ask me to pay rm4 for the drink, signature milk tea(without pearl) large which cost rm6.50 usual price but with Digi voucher it should be 3.99. now I have paid rm8 for a drink that cost me rm6.50 only. I am truly disappointed.
