Avoid this garage by any means! I crashed my car and Basel insurance sent me to this garage. They repaired my car and took around CHF 9000 from the insurance. These are the things I found after: 1. Several plastic clips fixing the parts of the body of the car were missing; holes of some of them were clearly visible from outside. Some others they replaced with the ones that did not fit, so that my door was scratching one of these clips while closing. 2. The door that they replaced and painted was not closing correctly. All three other doors are closing softly as they should, but this one you have to shut with some force, because it is not properly aligned with its lock. 3. After the crash they claimed that they checked the geometry of the wheels; however, I consumed my front tires in one season and asked another service to check the geometry. They told me the wheels were misaligned by more than one degree! Of course, the handling was poor as well. 4. After a long period I noticed that there is water in the headlight that they removed while repairing the car. When I removed plastic covers under the hood, I noticed that the headlight case is completely broken and that they tried to repair it with some glue! Now there is a big hole where water goes in. Of course, now they decline any responsibility (\You have to check your car when taking it from the garage!\) and claim that the headlight was broken after their repair. Since I had no accidents, is it that someone opened my car at night, broke my headlight, glued it and put it back? Is it the same one who removed plastic clips and misaligned the door and the wheels? Avoid this garage if you can! Even if insurance sends you to it!
