The staff at the front desk is very pleasant and welcoming. The manager (I can't remember his name) was so nice and informative. On my second visit, Dee in the Aqua section was so nice and explained the process of how the plasma is separated. But as for my mom, on her first visit she was told her protein was too high and her iron was low. The guy didn't explain it to her he just said, you can't donate today. That kind of deterred her because she felt as if he brushed her off. But I told her to talk to one of the ladies. She doesn't remember her name but she explained and went into details on what she could do. She was sooooo helpful and patient and that made my mom feel better. Overall, donating is such a gratifying experience and I'm so glad my mom, brother and I decided to do it. Thank you all for all that you do. Stay safe!!!!

I donated at a Biolife in Texas for about 3 years. Never had a real issue with them. I was certainly never scared to donate. I came to this Biolife expecting the same experience. Instead I end up with 3 bruises on one speed and one donation. I'm kinda scared to donate here. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the staff was very nice and professional.

First time donor here. Naturally, it took a while but that’s to be expected the first time. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Still coming here since November and they are doing great! Naturally, some days are longer but that’s normal in life. They do real good and do their best here and really care.

It has gone down hill some over the last three months. Wait times have increased. It is now taking around 2 hours to donate plasma most times I go. Also, I’ve noticed the facility is not as clean as when first opened. I will say the staff at this location is very friendly and the best part. They have also restructured their compensation to donors which means regular donors will be making less per month unless they start giving new bonuses.

Although my wait time was pretty long, I had time to observe the Professionalism of this facility.... They were under staffed but managed to show concern by personal apologies from the General and Assistant Managers..... I was walked to my car twice by 1 of the staff members being we are not allowed to leave the building.... I was very impressed with the attention the staff gave every donor & I was greeted by the General Manager on my way out so this is why I say they deserve a 5 Star Rating!!!
