Overall the hotel was good but little things like the shower head being broken and the minibar fridge was not working . The fruit juices were too old and had settled out . I guess we were unusual in wanting to use the mini bar. Covid 19 arrangements seemed good but surprised the sun beds around the pool were not disinfected daily. We stayed in the hotel to watch the AYO concert but despite booking what we thought was the best places we were assigned to an indoor room which was difficult to see and hear the concert . So overall came away quite disappointed.

If you look to book a family room for 3 people than this is what you would get. It is a spring folding bed. For money we pay I expected a quality ( normal) beds. This remind me to: going for a “Boy Scout camp” Luckily in last moment we booked two rooms. So at least we could have kids to sleep in normal beds.
Excellent facilities : hotel, swimming pools, spa, tennis court, food at restaurant. Unfortunately staff not at level of 4 stars hotel. Especially staff at restaurant, very Bad service. And staff at country club always sleepy and not professional because it took us hours to Book a court. Wonderful staff at reception especially Christelle and the manager Sabrina. Very efficient staff for room cleaning and room services.
Great room close to where I'm working. Beautiful hotel and conference rooms, very cozy room. Not much of a view in the mountains. Breakfast spread was a little small but of good quality.
Very nice Hotel for sport fans, especially tennis. Big sport area. There are 2 pools outside which were unfortunately closed for winter. I did not used sauna, as opening hours fom 10 to 19 didn't fit for me. My room was quite big with everyrhing I expected to have. Best room I ever had. Breakfast was also nice. I was missing fresh fruits but it was still very good. What I didn't like was the location and the Taxi service order at the reception. There is hardly anything for the evening or sightseeing nearby. So you would need a car or a taxi. The taxis called by Hotel always had fixed prices and that was very expensive like 40 euros for 5 minutes drive. Unbelieveable for me. And I asked for meter when ordering! Summerized a nice hotel for doing sports, especially in summer.u
I would give this hotel an okay, because compared to other hotels with the same rating, this falls a little short. One thing was that the air conditioning wasn't working. The facilities do not include an iron in the room, a bath robe which I usually expect. Only two water bottles are given in day one, and thats all you get. You have to purchase for the rest of the days. I wish there were more English channels available on the TV. There is no variation in the breakfast., you get the same layout every day. As a plus, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, a bit of a let down.
Great hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Unfortunately very poor water pressure in the shower. Extensive breakfast.
Nice hotel. Clean modern room. Parking may be a little far.
