They use the pictures of the nicest rooms, but this is not reality for all rooms. Also, I recommend going for dinner at Les Promenades in Bourdeilles in stead of at the hotel itself. 100% worth it!

Charming castle/hotel in the middle of nowhere, near Biras and Bourdeilles, probably the only one in the area, great staff, charming rooms, great pool, great view, good restaurant, peace and tranquility ...
We spent a magical night at this beautiful 15th century castle in the middle of nature.
This is a beautifully maintained chateau in a charming country setting. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I heartily recommend you spend some time here.
The chateau was exquisite, the rooms and amenities were perfect. The place, the scenery were absolutely gorgeous and magical. What brought it down to three stars because of the atrocious customer service. I have never encountered such rude staff and will probably never come back to this specific place. I honestly did not feel welcomed. Its a shame, because this chateau is really one of a kind.
A beautiful setting with charm and you feel the history behind this interesting chateau. Attended a private party and lovely atmosphere and the food, service and attentive staff were excellent. A place I would recommend to visit or even stay.
