Birch and Beam are truly outstanding contractors. They truly care about their work, and they care as well about customer satisfaction. We have worked with good contractors before, but Birch and Beam was our first experience with true craftsmen. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they also helped us design the project so that the final outcome was much better than we could have designed on our own. Their bid might end up being higher than other companies, but they are definitely worth it. They communicated with us throughout the project, they provided a *very* clear schedule, and they performed the work with absolute professionalism. Their staff folks are courteous and highly skilled, and the sub-contractors they hired (for tile, painting, etc.) were excellent. We are very happy with the results and recommend them wholeheartedly.
