Great service from start to finish. Initial interaction with the web portal is very practical to upload documents, rather than posting them. As first time buyers, we appreciated the time spent to explain everything to us. Communication was clear, quick and efficient (95% email). Being the other side of the country from us did not cause any issue. Price was competitive and pricing structure clear. Overall a very good service, we would recommend and not hesitate to use them again !

Used these people for my injury claim, total waist of air. Always away on annual leave when trying to find out what's going on, around 10 letters in 3 years from them, I had to constantly ring up to see what was going on, promise to ring you but never do, and all this service for nearly 6,000 would never use again and definitely would never recommend to anyone, bullying tacits into taking a offer. Should be closed down from dealing with injury claims as all they are interested in is MONEY not your welfare.
