We needed emergency key replacement on Saturday, although I explained that key is needed as a spare because my daughter was moving that morning and had broke key previous evening, they were unwilling to cut and program the key because I didn’t have appointment. Quick phone call and drive down perimeter to Winnipeg Honda on Waverley and it was done in 15 minutes while I waited. Needless to say I’m not coming back to Birchwood Honda West for parts, service or sales nor I recommend it to anyone

Kevin Chan provided excellent service! Even though I was frustrated with the wait time and scheduling process he was extremely patient and professional and went over everything with me.
