From the offset there was very good service as emails were replied to efficiently. I needed a repair doing on a Nintendo Switch Lite. Was completed within 2 hours like they said and was very reasonable. Very friendly, professional yet approachable staff all within a covid safe environment. Would highly recommend. I never leave reviews but the service left me astounded. Both of the guys at the store know exactly how to talk to customers and give them the most effective service partnered with an excellent price. I seriously think this is the only place people should be going to get anything repaired whilst on the Wirral.

I contacted this shop via email to ask if they could fix my smartwatch. Every other establishment that offer smartwatch repairs said it was beyond repair. I posted my watch and received an email and phonecard the day it was delivered and they said they could fix it and I would have it back by the end of the week. Great service and really pleased with the service I experienced. Thank you so much.

Took a smart watch in for Repair. Tim was very friendly and helpful. Watch needed a new casing and strap. Tim called back when he said he would. Price was agreed before, a good job well done. Everyone is happy!
