First time I visited Ayur Villa. Booked an Indian Head Massage. The male therapist was satisfactory overall. Hence I gave 3 stars. Therapist was pleasant and made effort. However the quality and experience of the actual treatment was not as good as what I have experienced elsewhere. He was rubbing my hair with his hands with a higher intensity than expected. This same one technique was used frequently during this treatment. Limited time spent on the shoulders and neck area with none on my face or upper arms. I just wanted to post a fair and balanced review.

Such a wonderful deep therapy massage with a sauna after. great staff, friendly and very knowledgeable.Especially Anu who has looked after me for the many visits i've had. And the manipulation with the doctor has saved my life. Has made me feel renewed Will be going back very soon
