Honestly one of the worst places ever. I had just had twin babies via c section and was barely mobile. My partner had returned to work meaning I was home alone while my flooring was being fitted. I had laminate and carpet fitted. The carpet fitters took two doors off hinges, threw the screws down and lost them. They left nails strewn across the floor - I stood on one of them while carrying mt daughter. I had a 12x7ft piece of carpet left at the bottom of the stairs (not sure why these was so much left over, leading to believe they had overcharged me). The mess in each room was out of this world there was tons of carpet, bits of underlay etc everywhere. I also realised they had not glued the laminate down in the kids room and didn't fit the beading I had paid for. They claimed they'd return with it... They never did. I have since used other carpet fitters and they always clean up after themselves. They neatly pile any leftovers and dispose of what they can. I have pictures of all of my claims and when I contacted the company, they simply ignored me. It took days to clear up the mess and we had to hire a skip. The customer service from the beginning was terrible, they didn't acknowledge me in the shop until I told them I wanted to buy. Their excuse was \we don't speak very good English\. I should have known by their attitude to avoid buying from them but I was pretty desperate at the time having just moved into a new home with two newborns.

Incompetent company at it’s finest which needs to be shut down immediately! The son mis-sold me 2 products which were not for the intended purpose of laying vinyl flooring and I returned the items and a refund should have processed 20 days later no refund. The son attempted to belittle me and said it’s only a 10 refund. I told him I don’t care if it is a 50p refund the funds belong to me!! Next stop trading standards because this company have stolen my money and are refusing to give it back!! This is the second time I’ve had an issue with payments here and each time they have been at FAULT!!. In future I will find a good reputable company and avoid this place at all cost. I suggest you all do the same!!
not happy customer. when i paid for vinyl floor fitting i was NOT told that for the edging, no sealant silicon will be used, nothing will be used to seal this flooring. If i had been told at time of ordering i would have NOT placed the order. on day of fitting when i complained, NO apology instead was told \i should have asked in first place\ No apology instead told it was my fault for not asking in first place. I did not ask because I have vinyl flooring fitted from NCF in the past and they have used silicon on all edges. Had to go out my way and buy sealant silicon apply it myself. Would not recommend service!!
Used this shop for over 25 years and they were great!! Not ANY MORE!! They refused to sell me a door trim as i didn't purchase the carpet from them this time around as they were 350 more expensive and did not have it in stock. Given the long relationship we have had with them and seen them grow over the years. It was just a no we are not going to provide you with the trim. PARISH AND THE SO CALLED PARTNERS MADE A DECISION NOT TO SELL THE TRIM. WHEN ORIGINALLY I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THEY WANTED 55.00 FOR THE TRIM AND I ORDERED IT DIRECTLY FOR 18.23
