Bought Nevada Corner Sofa bed, ordered in June for Delivery end of August. It seemed to be fine until the delivery day. It has been delivered after 9pm, in darkness. The driver requested to sign off document to confirm the quality of the sofa was as expected. We refused and said that this can be only done after assembly and the daylight inspection. The next day we assembled it and to find out the issues with misalignment of the headrests, different height of the two main sofa elements which looked as 5cm one higher than other, the significant worn marks on the fabric. Took the pictures and sent it off as complain. After long email exchanges and call, after 2 months someone got to us to inspect the sofa. At this stage we already had enough of customer service due to continuous mislead of information and passing blame onto the manufacturer. Finally, we have agreed on sofa exchange for new one, inspected in the shop prior to delivery by the cjc employees. All seemed to be good so far. Nevertheless, 2 man delivery service with fitment arrived in the middle of November...they unpacked first part, for us to find out a huge damage to the front face of the sofa. There was no point to continue with unpacking, simply it has not been inspected. Short call with the cjc, and they admitted to fail. Took both sofas and offered full refund. What a waste of time, money and now looking for next sofa with 3-4 months delivery time. Not recommended at all !

Bought few pieces of furniture so far for the last 2 years. Have no complains. Leather recliners sofa and armchairs are as good as new after 2 years of use. TV stand is solid. Outdoor furniture is of great quality as well. Nothing was missing. Affordable prices. Great experience overall

We ordered the sofa on July 12th, it was to be delivered in 10-12 weeks, after that time, no one informed us that the delivery would be delayed. after a few phone calls we got information that the sofa will reach us before Christmas. On December 7, we were informed that the sofa was on its way, but the manufacturer sent a product that does not match the one we ordered. So after more than 5 months of waiting, we had to get a different product than we ordered. The worst store we have ever dealt with, I strongly advise against it

I been here before 5 Times and when I been again I see greeting Welcome with friendly staff . I love these place and see good stile for furniture all times Iam pay everything for my house from these shop. I would recommend it.
