This curry’s and Pc world is a really big size. They have a huge range of electricals from laptops and phones to washing machines and fridges. You can try out the headphones and laptops and they have everything out on display for you to properly see before buying. During the Boxing Day sales the shop has really good sales, up to 50% off most items. So if you’re interested in buying something then this is the best times to purchase it. Staff are friendly and informative. They help you out as much as they can.
Super quick click and collect today and really lovely and helpful staff! I didn't even have to leave my car. Big thanks to the Currys staff for making my trip easy and stress free!
They were open and they managed to get me the part I needed when frankly, there was no other store easily accessible to sell me the part. The experience was not stellar, but they came through when nobody else did, in these pandemic times. The staff were trying to be helpful (with mixed success). I think the management should have done more to optimise the customer experience for when arriving without an online order. Perhaps they could make the ordering process easier? Maybe a PC with a big screen through the glass, so a customer can check if they have something in stock, or for guidance through ordering, etc.
