We love this custom made signet ring - made by Hockley Jewellers as a special gift for my son's 18th birthday. You made the process and pricing easy to understand and had lots of examples to try on so we knew what we would be getting when we ordered. You were able to personalise it with etched initials and it arrived by special delivery in just over a week. You did not get fed up with our indecision and no pressure to buy, just a happy to help attitude. Thank you, Donna and the ladies that helped us last week!

Had a great experience looking for wedding rings for both my partner and myself. This was the first jewellers we walked into at jewellery quarter and I’m so glad that we did. I couldn't speak more highly of the service and how brilliant my experience was at Hockley Jewellers. I was slightly anxious to go engagement ring shopping as had no knowledge and knew I might be open to some upselling but Louise and the gents that served me couldn't have been more patient, educational and relaxed during the 3/4 visits I made over a period of 3 months whilst making my decisions. I walked in and said I had no idea what I was looking for and knew nothing about rings and the immediate response was to get all the laminated posters out and to start explaining the 4 C's to me. They knew and respected my budget and at times made it clear I shouldn't spend more on a particular clarity/ colour as it wouldn't be worth the difference. Amazing from start to finish and we'll be back to get it slightly resized and then for wedding bands! Thanks
