For the sheer size of this Railway Station it is well sign posted and there always seem to be staff ready to help. I thought under 30 for early morning travel return was pretty good value. The day I travelled south it was very wet so it was good the waiting area is a good size and the announcements tell you when the train is coming, what platform it arrives at and how many carriages on the train. Very handy for onward flight connections as long as you are not delayed!!

Beautiful nice and clean station
I have came to the train station on more than one occasion and wanted help or was buying a ticket from the staff ,and each time they are rude ,only once they were helpful and nice. The other times they come across in a sarcastic manner, argue that I cannot use my 16 to 18 when I bring it , force me to go digital with my ticket when I ask for a paper version , some times they give me the higher priced ticket than the off peak ticket when I ask and always look grumpy , unhappy and sigh
A modern bright station with good bus connections. The station services the NEC and Airport. There is staff on hand to help you. There is also a First Class Lounge.
A fairly simple station set to serve Birmingham Airport. The facilities are basic but functional, and there is regular shuttle monorail to the airport.
