I’ve recently been skiing (Spending the Kids’ Inheritance) by buying my dream Discovery Sport. Given the crazy times we’re in, buying a car shouldn’t have been easy however, Jardine were fantastic all the way through the purchasing process. I’d like to personally thank the Daniels - Taylor & Harris who were highly professional, personable & very helpful in making buying my car at a distance quite enjoyable. I’m now looking forward to enjoying my new car knowing that Jardine will be there if I need Their help. Thanks

I have waited a long time to own my own Land Rover Sport and with the fabulous support from the Sales Staff, and particularly Tony Richards, I now have one. The team could not have been more helpful in spite of the 98 mile distance to Birmingham. On the day of collect I was treated like royalty; thank you.
3 visits - 3 issues. The first 2 was dealt with but you’d then expect no future issues :(. My vehicle was serviced - no health video as per the process but hey ho never mind. I picked it up & was greeted by the usual please leave us a nice review when contacted regarding your service here today. Three days later whilst removing snow I found 2 tools, 1 18inch large screwdriver & a 6in screwdriver. These was placed on the plastic trim between the bonnet & windscreen. I had driven 7 miles home & luckily no where else. It was dark when I picked up my car but that’s no excuse for me to not notice. When I spoke to the workshop manager he seemed more concerned about the tools being returned. I emailed pics of the tools & 2 weeks later still no response. My sport has been used for shopping trips & returned with oil on the ivory doorcards. This now makes it a hat trick of issues in 3 visits. Use at your own risk.
Just picked up our Discovery Sport from jardines in Birmingham. The whole process from start to finish was superb, big thanks to Simon Buttery for making the deal happen and Dan Harris and Eric shum for making the admin and handover process really easy. Can’t praise you all highly enough, really professionally handled and made it a real pleasure doing business with you.
Got brand new Range Rover Evoque, but it broke down within 5 working days..... And when ask Executive who sold car to deal with it, he refused to meet us and deal with this matter. Very Awful customer service and brand new car getting break down. Don't trust these cons.......
