Jo and Nita did an amazing job of grooming my miniature poodle, who was very knotted due to not being professionally groomed throughout lockdown, and had also become a bit scared of the clippers due to my own attempts. He looks fantastic and they clearly took great care of him. We'll definitely keep using Million Hairs!

I've used Jo for over 6 years not only is she a fantastic dog groomer she is so helpful and very knowledgeable about dogs. She has given me such great advice which is more accurate and helpful than the vets. She is so lovely and she genuinely does care about all her pet and adult clients.
No issue with the ethos of the business at all and the folk here are lovely, however there is definitely not a million hairs here. I can confidently say that after I spent the better part of the week laboriously counting and rallying each damn one
