Took a very expensive jacket to be dry cleaned by Selly Soak and it took them two months and three washes before the jacket was returned to me. In the process a huge stain was left on my jacket which the business failed to take responsibility for, even though the explained that all the jackets are checked before being dry cleaned. The lady that initially served me called me to say that my jacket would not be ready in the first week due to it \coming out of the machine dirty\ so it had to be be dry cleaned again but after they saw that they could not remove this stain off the jacket, the lady decide to not contact me as to when the jacket would be ready - i had to go into the laundrette to find out myself - but she then turned around and blamed the stain on it being my fault even though they claim to check the pockets of every clothes they dry cleaned thoroughly
Nice place with a helpful owner. I took my normal and feather duvet for a wash dry. I was helped with working the machines and turning the heavy duvets over when they were in the dryer. I know where I will be bringing my laundry from now on :)
This is the worst dry cleaners\\laundrette I have been too, very unprofessional. AVOID if you don't want to waste your money. I gave in a suit and a shirt to dry clean and the shirt was still dirty and creased, and the suit was given to me late. The staff are incompetent and don't really give a damn.
