Went to a \Learning to Meditate\ class here and it was excellent. Our instructor, Marion Buckley, explained meditation in a way that you cannot learn from books. If you have been wanting to learn to meditate I recommend coming to the Birmingham Shambala Meditation Center. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming!
