Been resident with platform ( Waterloo) for many year .been reporting repairs. For over a year. And none have been done. The lawns have only been cut 3 times this year.

Been trying to get a response from them for days! Then I try and redial the number and its changed!!! The number they provide in return doesnt work either. Really, really bad customer service.

The new management team in Leicester is very well spoken but they do nothing. Lifts don't work, staircase has no light, they smell, the entrance doors most of the time don't work, making easy to anyone to access it, it took 8 months for the gate to be sorted. The building in Leicester is like a jungle, you need to be strong to survive. Would not recommend it to no one.

I moved in to my flat nearly a year ago my ceiling had a leak months before I moved in. I'm still waiting for it to be repaired iv not been able to get new furniture for my flat or decorate it either. Iv also noticed how my housings officer seems to like having coffee with certain neighbors and can't be bothered to deal with my complaint which iv needed doing for over a year. She is quick to hand out paper work for people who don't have better things to do with there lives except complain.

Pity you don't allow 0 or- stars. They get 5* for incompetence and uselessness though. I had a 1 year check after 18 months in which they found some faults that needed doing, I'm still waiting for them to be resolved over 3 years later. I call to complain about things many times with the person on the other end saying \I'll get your housing officer to call you later today\. I've NEVER spoken to my housing officer. Top 5 worst companies I've ever dealt with.
